About T.

T. Andrew Currier is a co-founding shareholder and CEO of PCK, where he practices as a lawyer, patent agent and trademark agent. He is co-author of Canadian Patent Law, now in its fifth edition and cited by the Supreme Court of Canada, and brings over two decades of experience spanning industry, private practice and executive leadership. Before co-founding PCK, he served as General Counsel for a publicly traded flat-panel display company, worked as IP counsel for a Silicon Valley startup, and practiced at three national Canadian law firms. Andrew works with founders, general counsel and executive teams to build patent, trademark and IP programs aligned with business goals, reviewing documents such as business plans and pitch decks and developing clear budgets and scopes of work. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1998 and became a licensed Canadian patent agent in 1999 and trademark agent in 2000, and he is also licensed to practice before the USPTO. He holds an LL.B. from Western University and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University, and he has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Windsor and at Western University.
