About Dayna

Dayna Christy is an associate at Polley Faith who summered and articled at the firm before returning to build a broad litigation practice, working on civil, commercial, and regulatory matters. She earned her JD, cum laude, from the University of Ottawa's Common Law Program in 2023, where she led the Tenant Division at the school's Community Legal Clinic and served as Submissions Manager for the Ottawa Law Review. Dayna competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in both her second and third years, earning Honorable Mention for Best Individual Oralist each time. She also interned at the Ontario Court of Justice and worked as a research assistant studying race and racism in Canada's legal system. Before law school, she spent several years in sales, marketing, and management roles, and she holds a BA from the University of Waterloo. Dayna was called to the Ontario bar in 2024.
