About Magdalena

Magdalena Wyszomierska has represented individuals facing a wide variety of criminal charges, including murder, attempted murder, and kidnapping, securing acquittals in jury trials and Charter rulings excluding evidence. She is an executive member of the Ontario Bar Association's Criminal Justice Section and belongs to the Criminal Lawyers' Association and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
