About Brian

Brian Han is an associate practicing in estate, trust, and capacity litigation. Before joining the firm in 2023, he worked at an estate litigation boutique in downtown Toronto, and earlier in his career he practiced broadly in civil, commercial, construction, and employment litigation, with a particular focus on construction disputes. Over time he developed a strong interest in helping clients navigate estate, trust, guardianship, and power of attorney disputes. Brian holds a JD/MBA from the joint program at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business, and worked two summers at the Ontario Securities Commission's Corporate Finance Branch during law school. He also has an Honours BA from the University of Toronto in English Literature and French, and previously worked in the mortgage industry at major Canadian banks. He was called to the bar in 2018.
