About Katharine
Katharine Li practises as an associate in Osler's Corporate group, working on M&A, corporate finance, securities matters and general corporate work. She completed her J.D. at the University of Toronto and a B.A.H. in Political Studies at Queen's University, where she received the Political Studies Medal. During her studies, Li worked at the Faculty of Engineering Hatchery, served as an app development lead with the University of Toronto Legal Hackers, and volunteered with Downtown Legal Services' Housing Law Division. She also studied abroad at Tsinghua University in Beijing. Li joined Osler as a summer student in 2022 and completed her articles with the firm in 2024.
