About Sukh

Sukh Brar joined D'Arcy + Deacon LLP as an associate in 2024 after completing his articles with a focus on criminal defence, appearing regularly before the Provincial Court and the Court of King's Bench of Manitoba. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2021 and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2022. His current practice covers civil litigation, real estate, and business law. During law school he took part in the L. Kerry Vickar Business Law Clinic, providing legal support to local entrepreneurs and small businesses, and he offers services in English and Punjabi.
