About Andrew

Andrew Marshall joined D'Arcy + Deacon LLP as an associate in 2012. His corporate and commercial law practice emphasizes organizational structures, tax, and succession planning for closely held family enterprises, with extensive work for clients in agribusiness, property management, and financial services. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba in 2006, majoring in political studies and classics, and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba in 2010. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2011 and was on the Dean's Honours List three times during law school.
