David practises primarily in administrative and regulatory law and civil litigation, advising professionals, professional regulators, government departments and administrative boards on disciplinary and investigation proceedings, public-interest issues, statutory interpretation, environmental law and utility law. He has been involved in several legislation and procedural rule rewrite projects and has appeared before numerous courts and tribunals, including as co-counsel for an intervenor at the Supreme Court of Canada.
