About Nicole

Nicole Wilson practises in the advocacy department at Duboff Edwards Schachter Law Corporation, focusing on labour and employment law, administrative law, and general commercial litigation, including collection and recovery proceedings. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba, where she received academic scholarships and an award for highest standing in Advanced Legal Research, and participated in exchange programs in Australia, Israel, and at the University of Oxford. Nicole has appeared before all levels of court and tribunals in Manitoba, including the Residential Tenancies Branch, Small Claims Court, the Court of King's Bench, the Court of Appeal, and the Manitoba Labour Board.
