About Brooke

Brooke Mowatt is an associate at D'Arcy + Deacon LLP practising civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury, medical malpractice, contractual disputes, and insurance litigation. Since joining the firm in 2022, she has appeared before the Manitoba Court of King's Bench, the Manitoba Court of Appeal, and municipal councils. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2022, receiving several academic honours including the John R. Haig, Q.C. Memorial Prize in Advanced Legal Research and the Judge Ross A. Johnston Prize for Family Law.
