About Jayne
Jayne Cooke is an associate in Osler's Disputes group. She earned her J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School after completing a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction at McGill University. While at Osgoode, Jayne served as Senior Caseworker at the Osgoode Business Clinic, helping new entrepreneurs grow their businesses, and was selected to represent the school at the Davies Annual Corporate/Securities Law Moot. She also worked part-time as a Work/Study student with Osgoode Professional Development's LLM program, assisting internationally trained lawyers navigate the early stages of Canadian legal accreditation. Jayne joined Osler as a summer student in 2019 and completed her articles with the firm in 2020-2021.
