About Elisabeth

Elisabeth Novak is an associate at the firm's Montreal office, working with the Emerging and High Growth Companies Group as well as the Venture Fund Group. She previously articled at Osler, and in 2021 was called to the bar of Quebec. She holds a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Juris Doctor from McGill University's Faculty of Law, and earlier completed a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction at McGill's Desautels Faculty of Management. During law school, she volunteered as a caseworker at the McGill Legal Information Clinic and at the Compass Startup & Legal Clinic, providing free legal guidance to entrepreneurs on business law, employment law, and intellectual property matters.
