About Steven

Steven Christie is a Partner in McInnes Cooper's Fredericton office, practicing as a corporate and real estate lawyer. He advises purchasers and vendors on real property transactions, including the development, acquisition, sale, leasing, and financing of commercial and multi-residential projects, and works closely with developers, realtors, brokers, and lenders throughout. Steven also maintains a wealth planning practice covering family trusts and wills, and advises private clients and small business owners on corporate succession and professional incorporation. He is Past President of the Canadian Bar Association's New Brunswick Branch and a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick and the York-Sunbury Law Society, and previously served on the Board of Trustees of the New Brunswick Nature Trust. He earned his LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick in 1997 and was called to the bar in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia in 1998.
