Real Estate LawPerlene Morrison leads the firm's municipal law team in Charlottetown, with more than 25 years of experience assisting municipalities with their legal needs. She also advises post-secondary institutions, utilities, and businesses on real property and contract matters. Her work includes negotiating agreements for utilities and governments, drafting and enforcing municipal bylaws, and representing land developers on subdivisions and condominiums. Morrison sits on the Council of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island and previously chaired the province's Real Property Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association. She earned her LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick in 1997 and a B.A. from the University of Prince Edward Island in 1994, and was named King's Counsel in 2022.
