About Stephen

Stephen Topshee has practiced personal injury law at Burchell MacDougall's Truro office for over 30 years, handling Long Term Disability, Canada Pension Plan and Workers' Compensation Board appeals in addition to personal injury claims at all levels of court. He previously served as Executive Director of the Nova Scotia Nurses' Union from 2003 to 2006 and is legal advisor for the Nova Scotia Blind Golfers' Association.
