About Nabeel
Nabeel Sera is a litigator focused on plaintiff personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents, occupiers' liability claims, medical malpractice and long-term disability benefit denials. He is a graduate of the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law, where he was a member of the Dean's Honour List, and holds a negotiation certificate from Harvard Law School. He appears regularly before courts and tribunals including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Licence Appeal Tribunal and the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench. His practice is based in Ontario.
