About Stephanie
Stephanie is an associate in Robins Appleby's Commercial Real Estate and Development Group and its Affordable and Social Housing Group, advising for-profit and non-profit developers on real estate transactions and development projects. After her summer and articling terms at the firm, she spent a year as in-house counsel to a Toronto real estate developer, gaining hands-on experience with the business side of development. Her practice today includes commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, with a focus on helping non-profits acquire and develop affordable and social housing, often through municipal and provincial funding programs. In 2025 she supported three Multi-Unit Residential Acquisition transactions for the City of Toronto and negotiated contribution agreements for clients in Markham and Hamilton. She earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Ottawa in 2022 and an Honours B.A. from Western University in 2019, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2023.
