About Ayesha

Ayesha Khanna is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group at Goodmans. She's developing a broad civil litigation and dispute resolution practice, with particular focus on complex corporate and commercial matters as well as intellectual property and employment law. Khanna first joined Goodmans as a summer student in 2022 and became an associate at the firm in 2024. She earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she served as vice president of student government and president of Osgoode Hall Animal Justice. Khanna was also active in student mentorship, working as an orientation leader, a peer counsellor with the school's Career Development Office, and a mentor with Osgoode's Women's Network, and she received the school's Graduating Student Award for Exceptional Leadership as well as its Osgoode Spirit Award.
