About H.

H. Hailey Graham practises exclusively in family law, including separation, divorce, property division, spousal and child support, relocation, and parenting matters, and is an experienced litigator and collaborative lawyer. She holds an Associate's degree in Peace and Conflict Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and obtained her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC. Hailey completed her articles and continued as an associate at a full-service Vancouver law firm before joining Hamilton Fabbro in 2021. She volunteers as a supervising lawyer with Pro Bono Students Canada and Rise Women's Legal Centre, offers free legal services through Access Pro Bono in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside, contributes annually to CLEBC's Family Law Sourcebook, chairs the Canadian Bar Association of British Columbia's Family Law Section (Vancouver), and chairs the board of Women Leaders of Tomorrow.
