About Inga
Inga Phillips graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and received her Bachelor of Laws from UBC in 2004. Called to the bar in British Columbia in May 2005, she practised family law before joining Hamilton Fabbro in January 2011 after working at a mid-size family law firm in New Westminster. Inga practises exclusively in family law, representing clients on parenting time, relocation, and financial matters including child and spousal support and property and debt division, and generally aims to resolve disputes outside of court through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration. She has extensive experience drafting separation, marriage, and cohabitation agreements, and is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia and a volunteer with Access Pro Bono.
