About Daylyn
Daylyn Miller practises in all areas of family law, including parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, division of property, and divorce, and is a qualified Collaborative lawyer who helps clients reach out-of-court resolutions. She has practised almost exclusively in family law and child protection since being called to the bar of British Columbia in 2010, and also acts as counsel for the Law Society of British Columbia's Lawyers Indemnity Fund on family law claims. Daylyn earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from UBC in 2005 and her Juris Doctor from UBC's Faculty of Law in 2009. She is a contributing author to the Continuing Legal Education Society's Annotated Family Practice Manual and Family Law Sourcebook, has served on advisory committees to the Attorney General on legislation reform, and sits on the Board of Directors for the McCreary Centre Society.
