About Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn Hill grew up in Ontario and graduated from Western University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, then moved to BC to attend the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC, completing her Juris Doctor in 2014. Called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2015, she has practised primarily family law since, completing her Collaborative Family Law training in 2024. Kaitlyn advises clients on divorce, property and debt division, child and spousal support, and parenting arrangements, and assists with cohabitation, marriage, and separation agreements. She aims to resolve disputes outside of court whenever possible but effectively advocates in court when litigation becomes necessary.
