About Clara
Clara A.K. Richardson is a Family Law Mediator, Arbitrator, Parenting Coordinator, and Collaborative Lawyer who offers mediation services to parties with and without lawyers, single-issue and multi-issue arbitration, and mediation-arbitration services. She is experienced in all aspects of family law, including cohabitation and separation agreements, parenting arrangements, and division of family property and debt, and believes divorce can be handled respectfully, especially when children are involved. Clara received her BA from Simon Fraser University in 2005 and her LLB from the University of Alberta in 2009, was called to the Alberta bar in 2010, and was called to the BC bar in 2011. She sits on the board of the BC Collaborative Roster Society, is on the BC Parenting Coordinators Roster, and is a long-time member of Collaborative Divorce Vancouver.
