About Stephanie
Stephanie Hobbs is a partner at Goldblatt Partners who represents unions and institutional clients from a range of sectors at grievance arbitrations and before administrative tribunals, including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. She has significant experience appearing before the Ontario Labour Relations Board on certification applications, unfair labour practice complaints and construction industry grievances. She advises clients on bargaining strategy, contract interpretation, health and safety, workplace harassment and accommodation issues, and prefers negotiated resolutions where possible. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009 after articling with the firm and chairs its Associate Committee. Stephanie belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers.
