About Srishty

Srishty Khan Majlish is an associate lawyer practicing insurance defence litigation with a focus on motor vehicle accident claims. She brings an international background to her work, having earned bar admission in England and Wales in 2011, before the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 2015, and later in Ontario in 2023. Before joining the firm, she practised at an insurance defence firm, gaining hands-on litigation experience. She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of London, completed the Bar Professional Training Course at City, University of London, and later earned an LL.M. in Professional Legal Skills there, along with arbitration training from the International Law Institute in Washington, D.C. She speaks Bengali fluently and has working knowledge of Hindi and Urdu.
