About Caitlin

Caitlin Miller is a partner whose practice covers labour, employment, human rights, and administrative law. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2015 following her articles at a union-side labour firm in Toronto. During law school she worked at Parkdale Community Legal Services, helping low-income workers recover unpaid wages and pursue wrongful dismissal damages and human rights claims. Before joining her current firm, she worked in-house for a large trade union, representing members in labour arbitrations. Caitlin holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.A. from the University of Toronto, and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers.
