About Lindsay

Lindsay Scott is a business-minded litigator who finds practical solutions to employment and commercial disputes, regularly advising executives and employers on terminations, contract negotiations, and compensation disputes, and conducting sensitive workplace investigations. Benchmark Litigation named her Labour & Employment Litigator of the Year in 2023, 2024, and 2025, and she is a co-founder of GROWL, the Group of Racialized Ontario Women Litigators. She holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011.
