About Lida

Lida Moazzam articled at Dutton Brock and stayed on as an associate after her 2014 call to the Ontario bar, later becoming a partner. Her civil litigation practice covers general negligence, commercial liability, occupiers' liability, product liability, and personal injury, and she has handled complex claims tied to construction and public infrastructure projects. She has represented clients at every level of court in Ontario. Lida holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor (2013), an honours BA from the University of Western Ontario with a double major in political science and psychology (2008), and a master's degree from Ryerson University in immigration and settlement studies. She has presented at numerous industry seminars on topics like municipal and road authority liability.
