About Asma
Asma Berrak is an associate in Osler's Financial Services Group, where she advises financial institutions and borrowers on debt financing transactions such as syndicated loans and project financings, with a particular focus on venture debt. Before joining Osler, she worked at the Québec Court of Appeal in Montreal and completed a clerkship at the Superior Court of Québec. Asma holds a law degree from Université du Québec à Montréal and is a member of the Barreau du Québec.
