About Sophie
Sophie Maraldo practises exclusively in family law, supporting clients through separation, divorce, parenting, and related disputes. Originally from Australia, she previously handled complex civil litigation, including class actions, aviation accidents, product liability claims, and cases involving sexual abuse and trauma, and has appeared before the BC Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. She earned her Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Deakin University and the College of Law in Victoria, Australia in 2014, obtained a National Committee on Accreditation certificate in 2021, and was called to the BC bar in 2022.
