About Wes

Wes Mussio is the managing partner of Mussio Goodman LLP, one of a small number of lawyers licensed to practise in both British Columbia and Washington State. He has practised law since 1991, beginning as an insurance defence lawyer before shifting to represent people injured in car accidents and other matters, and he built one of the largest estate practices in British Columbia. In 2012 Wes and Eric Goodman formed Mussio Goodman in Canada and Mussio Law in Washington State, where he has served as managing partner since. He has written several legal books, including What ICBC Does Not Want You to Know and The Basics of Estate Litigation, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry (1986). Wes hosts The Briefing podcast and is a registered Professional Forester.
