About Sloan
Sloan Mandel was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996 and holds the Law Society of Ontario's certification as a specialist in Civil Litigation. He is a partner at Thomson Rogers, having attended Cornell University before graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1994. His work centers entirely on representing plaintiffs in personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Sloan is one of a small number of plaintiff-side personal injury lawyers in Ontario recognized concurrently by the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and Best Lawyers in Canada while also holding LSO specialist certification. He has published widely in medical and legal journals, previously served on the Ontario Bar Association's Health Law Executive, and regularly lectures doctors and health care professionals at educational seminars. Sloan has achieved a number of the province's largest awards in personal injury and medical malpractice cases for his clients.
