Avi Cole joined Evangelista Barristers & Solicitors in 2009 and litigates complex construction disputes for contractors, builders, developers, and energy providers, along with personal injury, environmental, and product liability claims. He has developed a niche practice in right-to-sue claims before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.
