Personal Injury
Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionAdam Little earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto in 1996, graduated from Queen's University's Faculty of Law in 2000, and was called to the bar in 2002. He began his career representing physicians in medical malpractice claims at a Toronto litigation firm before joining Oatley Vigmond as a partner in 2005. He now advocates for people injured through medical negligence, motor vehicle accidents, occupiers' liability claims, and other insurance disputes, and has practical experience before every level of court. One of his best-known cases, Vokes Estate v. Palmer, set a new precedent in Ontario for claims made on behalf of children who lost a parent in a motor vehicle collision. He co-authored The Personal Injury Practice Manual and contributed chapters to The Oatley-McLeish Guide to Personal Injury Practice in Motor Vehicle Cases, and has received the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association's Distinguished Service Award and its Dean F. Edgell Award.
