About Jonathan
Jonathan B. White's litigation practice focuses on accident benefits and tort claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and disability benefit disputes, with some experience in class actions. He has advocated for clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Divisional Court. Jonathan earned his B.A. in literature and history from the University of Toronto and a master's degree in American history from Ohio University before completing his law degree at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. He is a member of the Illinois bar and was called to the Ontario bar in 2013. During law school he served as managing editor of Health Matrix: Journal of Law and Medicine and worked at a legal aid clinic litigating fraud claims.
