About Aleks

Aleks Mladenovic is a partner in the Personal Injury group at Thomson, Rogers with a particular focus on medical malpractice litigation, and has represented plaintiffs at both the trial and appellate court levels. He belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Advocates' Society and the Medical-Legal Society, and has authored articles on litigation and patient safety. Before joining Thomson, Rogers, Aleks worked in the United States and Canada representing physicians in medical negligence matters, which gives him an understanding of both sides of medical malpractice cases.
