About Simon
Simon's practice focuses on Aboriginal law, assisting First Nations with litigation, governance and land and resource issues, and advising treaty First Nations on treaty implementation and law-making. He completed his articles at Ratcliff LLP in 2014 and has remained with the firm since. He spends much of his free time exploring the wild corners of British Columbia and beyond. He earned his J.D. from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law in 2013 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2014.
