About Silene

Silene Malhao earned an Honours BA in Political Science and Criminology from the University of Toronto in 2004 before completing her Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2011. She was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2012 after articling at a full-service Toronto firm, and practiced at a litigation firm before joining Himelfarb Proszanski. Her work focuses primarily on personal injury and insurance litigation. Silene is fluent in Portuguese and belongs to the Portuguese-Canadian Lawyers Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
