Stephen practices civil litigation matters related to insurance law, personal injury defence and medical legal issues, with a focus on serious injury and wrongful death claims and insurance coverage disputes. He has argued a number of leading appellate cases and is a past president of the Insurance Law section of the Ontario Bar Association.
