About Kate

Kate Barretto handles a broad range of litigation with an emphasis on plaintiff personal injury work, including motor vehicle collisions, catastrophic injuries, slip and falls, brain injuries, dog bites, bike accidents, and CPP and long-term disability denials. She has also worked on plaintiff class actions from the initial retainer through to court-approved settlement, having spent time at several boutique litigation firms specializing in personal injury and insurance disputes before joining the firm. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts with honours from Brock University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kent in Canterbury, England, and was called to the bar in 2018.
