About Tamara
Tamara Gostek is a partner at De Sa & Associates P.C. in Toronto, where her practice centers on representing injured plaintiffs in statutory accident benefit and tort claims. She handles occupiers' liability matters, including slip and fall cases, along with motor vehicle negligence claims. Tamara earned an Honours BA in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario before working in corporate law and then articling in civil litigation. She completed her Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2011 and was called to the Ontario bar the following year. In 2015 she added an Advanced Certificate in Dispute Resolution from York University and has since conducted her own mediations at Small Claims Court. Her litigation work includes drafting pleadings, mediation briefs and motion records, and she has appeared before FSCO arbitrators as well as masters and judges of the Superior Court of Justice.
