About Shelby

Shelby McBride is an Associate Attorney in Green and Spiegel's Philadelphia office who concentrates on employment-based nonimmigrant visas, particularly H-1B, L-1, and E-2 petitions. Before becoming an associate she worked at the firm as a law clerk, gaining broad experience with immigrant and nonimmigrant employment cases. While in law school she served as a clinical student for the Sheller Center for Social Justice, advising immigrant communities and organizations on labor issues such as wage theft claims and E-Verify compliance, and she also gained litigation experience at the City of Philadelphia Law Department and the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in November 2021 and earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Temple University's Beasley School of Law in 2021.
