About Allan
Allan Bronstein is a partner in Torkin Manes' Corporate/Commercial and Corporate Finance Groups, advising manufacturers, distributors, developers, venture capital firms, and private equity clients on a broad range of transactions. His work includes share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financing, private placements, corporate reorganizations, and private equity-sponsored deals. He also counsels clients on corporate governance matters and shareholder disputes, and has experience with public offerings, private placements, and independent committee mandates. Allan earned his LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario bar in 1988.
