About David

David leads MT+Co.'s Business Law Group from Vancouver, focusing on middle-market mergers and acquisitions and complex commercial transactions in energy, forestry, and other natural resources sectors. He also acts for First Nations and industry on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, including joint ventures and supply agreements. He was called to the BC bar in 2007 and holds an MBA from UBC and a BCL/LLB from McGill University. A former short-track speed skater who competed at the 1998 and 2002 Winter Olympics, he has been recognized in the Canadian Lexpert Legal Directory and Best Lawyers for mergers and acquisitions, corporate, and natural resource law.
