About Shaun
Shaun Langlois's practice focuses on real estate development, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of real estate. She works with developers at all stages of the development process, including subdivision, rezoning, and permitting, and advises on Real Estate Development Marketing Act and other regulatory and compliance matters. Before joining Terra Law, Shaun completed her articles and worked as an associate in the commercial real estate group of a leading regional law firm in Vancouver. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from the University of Victoria and a J.D. from Thompson Rivers University, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2021. She ranked in the top 10% of her law school class and received the Insolvency Institute of Canada prize in Bankruptcy and Restructuring Law.
