About Eli
Eli Walker is a partner and litigator at Daykin Walker Kaderly Wahid LLP, focusing on complex asset division and child and spousal support cases, and drafting and negotiating cohabitation and prenuptial agreements. He was called to the bar in 2008, joined the firm in 2011, and became a partner in 2016. Walker has appeared as lead and junior counsel before the British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal on numerous reported family law decisions involving property division, spousal support, and jurisdictional issues.
