Her international background includes studies in finance and Spanish, along with a period at the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico from 1999 to 2000. Shanna holds a dual degree in law and business administration from West Virginia and a bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from King's College, and was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 2009.
