About Arthur

Arthur Yallen was called to the Ontario bar in 1989, having obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1987 and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with distinction from McGill University in 1984. After his call to the bar, he practised at a premier Toronto litigation firm specializing in insurance litigation before founding Yallen Associates in 1990. Arthur has represented clients at all levels of the Ontario and Canadian courts, as well as tribunals and arbitrations, in personal injury, insurance, real estate, corporate/commercial, copyright, and sports and entertainment matters. He has also assisted thousands of clients with immigration matters, arguing cases before the Immigration Division, the Immigration Appeal Division, the Refugee Appeal Division, and the Federal Court, and has acted as counsel to professional athletes, coaches, and general managers in the National Hockey League.
