About Shane

Shane Landreville practises in estates, tax, and corporate and commercial law, working with individuals, families, and business owners on wills, trusts, business structures, and transactions. A significant part of his practice involves farms and agricultural businesses, advising on how to structure operations, land, and ownership, and on the tax consequences at different stages of succession planning. He draws on both a legal and tax background and his own experience as a business owner. He holds a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University and a Master of Laws in Taxation from Osgoode Hall Law School, and is a designated Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).
