About Lyle

Lyle Carlstrom was born in Grande Prairie, Alberta, and was called to the Alberta bar in 1987 after earning a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Law from McGill University. He was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2016. His practice focuses on real estate, business and corporate-commercial law, and estate planning and administration. He has taught public legal education courses through several institutions, including Athabasca University and Grande Prairie Regional College, and helped create the Estate and Financial Planning Institute. In 2018 his multi-disciplinary partnership acquired Holland and Company, which merged into CR Lawyers LLP in January 2022.
